My current hours are: Monday at 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, and 1:00pm, EASTERN TIME. Tuesday at 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, and 1:00pm, EASTERN TIME. Does this availability work for you?

Yes. No, these times do not work for me.

I provide a 100% telehealth practice, using a HIPAA compliant video platform. I am unable to provide any in-person services. Does this work for you?

Yes. No, I only wish to seek in person services.

Yes. No, I don't live in IN or in of the PsyPact states.

I am a self-pay practice (out of network for all health insurance plans, except for Lyra Health). My fees are $225 for the first appointment, and $175 for all follow up appointments. I accept HSA, FSA, and other credit cards. If you have out of network benefits I can provide you the paperwork you need to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Does this work for you?

Yes, I will be a self-pay client. Yes, I will be using my Lyra Health benefit. No, I am not able to see a self-pay provider.
